The location is great. I should have read other reviews. The check in was poor for 7pm the lady seemed uninterested when she finally came to the booth. The room stank of stale urine. And the towels were tiny. There was a fridge and a microwave in room. Over night people kept knocking on room doors. Overall a very poor motel.

Thought the 訂房網站 was good, however, we only stayed overnight. The hotel was good, and I was happy they accomadated me with (2) beds even though my original was made and could not be changed or ammended..according to 訂房網站 POLICY...They at the hotel did it anyway, THANK YOU FOLKS SO MUCH!!

Great location for the nearby universal studios. I unfortunately did have an administrative issue at check in which took around 45 minutes to resolve before the hotel issued my room key — the attendant did apologise and said this “never happens”, however it was unfortunate given we had arrived after midnight following a lot of driving. Other than that, it was a fine hotel.
